1. What portrait styles do you offer?

I currently offer three styles:

  • Emotional Line Art – clean, elegant outlines of your pet

  • Soft Aquarel – line art with a soft watercolor effect and optional background

  • Premium Portrait – a highly detailed, full-color portrait with a custom background (for example, a pine forest)

2. What print sizes are available?

I offer fine art prints in A5, A4, and A3 sizes. Each portrait is hand-painted digitally and printed on high-quality paper.

3. Are your portraits digital or physical?

My portraits are digitally painted and then printed on Fine Art grade paper in three sizes: A5, A4, or A3. If you’d prefer not to receive a print, a digital-only version can be arranged as well.

4. How do I get in touch or place an order?

Whether you want to ask a question or order a portrait, you can reach me easily:

5. What happens after I send an inquiry?

After you send me a message, I’ll email you back to:

  • Confirm the details of your portrait (chosen style, print size, number of pets, shipping information, etc.)

  • Provide an estimated timeline for when your portrait will be ready

Once everything is confirmed, I’ll send you the final price and payment information so we can get started.

6. How long does it take to receive a portrait?

Depending on the style you choose, your portrait will usually be ready within 1–2 weeks, plus shipping time. If you need it sooner, I also offer expedited orders for an additional cost.

7. Can I order more than one pet in a portrait?

Yes! I can include multiple pets in one artwork. Please note that each additional pet adds extra time and cost, since more detail goes into the portrait.

8. What kind of reference photos should I send you?

The better the photo, the better the portrait will turn out. Ideally, send me:

  • clear, high-quality pictures of your pet

  • well-lit photos where the pet’s face and unique features are visible

But don’t worry if your photo isn’t “perfect.” I’ve worked with many types of photos and can usually create a beautiful portrait regardless.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship worldwide. Shipping costs depend on your location and will be included in your final price.

10. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because each portrait is custom-made, I can’t offer refunds once I’ve started working on your order. However, I’ll share updates with you during the process to make sure you’re happy with how your portrait is turning out.
